Pretoria - Bafana Bafana are set to lock horns with Paraguay in an international friendly on Wednesday in Asuncion after a successful training spell in Brazil.Bafana played seven warm up matches with local Brazilian teams, winning five and drawing two.

Head coach, Albert Parreira, recently said his team is now in good shape. When the two teams clashed at Super Stadium in Atteridgeville before Parreira controversially resigned,, the South African team walloped Paraguay 3-0.

"The first two weeks of the training camp in Brazil was a success. I am happy in that when we got here we had no shape, but that is now excellent, but obviously we still need to improve on it.

"We needed to concentrate on organizing our shape, it doesn't win games but it is important. Now that we have our shape, we need to work on keeping the ball. It is improving but it takes time to get used to the system," he said.

Parreira would like to see Bafana display great soccer techniques during the soccer World Cup. He has expressed his dissatisfaction with his team's continued weakness of failing to take easy goal scoring opportunities.

"Finding the back of the net remains a big problem," he said.
