Pretoria - Due to the damage caused by the recent floods in KwaZulu-Natal, John Dube House has been declared temporarily unfit for human habitation, says the Presidency.
“The Department of Public Works, which is the line function department responsible for the residences, is exploring alternative accommodation until the residence has been renovated,” the Presidency said on Wednesday.
The house, which was completed in 1904, is the official residence designated for use by the President and Deputy President in Durban. – SAnews.gov.za
