Pretoria – The South African Weather Service has predicted favourable conditions in Cape Town tomorrow, with no rain expected.

The Mother City will play host to President Jacob Zuma’s State of the Nation Address, which will be delivered in front of a joint sitting of the National Assembly and National Council of Provinces in Parliament.

Weather forecaster Thabisile Ntleko says conditions in the morning will be cloudy and partly cloudy in the afternoon, with temperatures ranging from 20 to 27 degrees Celcius.

“In the afternoon it will be cool and later become warm,” she said.

The President will deliver his address at 7pm. It will be preceded by all the pomp and ceremony South Africans have come to expect of the auspicious ceremony. – SAnews.gov.za
