Pretoria - Limpopo Education MEC Ishmael Kgetjepe has wished 18 learners, who were involved in an accident on their way to school today, a speedy recovery.
The department on Monday said a bus transporting 60 learners was involved in an accident in the morning, leaving the learners injured.
“Injured learners [were admitted] to the Donald Fraiser (Vhufulwi) Hospital in Vhembe District. It is an unfortunate situation that happened to our learners when they are busy finalising their work and getting ready for final examinations.
“With all our support these learners will be ready for the examinations and God will answer our prayers. Let us all pray for our learners and with God all is possible,” said the department. - SAnews.gov.za
