Wednesday, November 10, 2010

Pretoria - The newly appointed MEC for Roads and Transport in the Gauteng Provincial Government, Ishmael Vadi, will be sworn in to office today.

The ceremony will take place at the South Gauteng High Court and be presided over by Deputy Judge President Pheneas Mojapelo.

Vadi was not sworn in last week along with the rest of the new MECs as he was out of the country.

The MECs appointments were part of a provincial cabinet reshuffle announced by Premier Nomvula Mokonyane last Tuesday.
