Pretoria - The official programme for the late President Nelson Mandela is underway, in the rural village of Qunu, in the Eastern Cape where he spent much of his childhood.

Qunu – Hundreds of mourners have started flooding into the giant white marquee at the late former President Nelson Mandela’s home, where his funeral, is taking place today.

Mthatha – Government has advised mourners that there will be live television feeds to public tribute and mourning areas around Qunu where former President Nelson Mandela will be buried on Sunday.

Mthatha - The military aircraft carrying the late former President Nelson Mandela’s body landed shortly after 13:30 at the Mthatha Airport on Saturday afternoon.

Pretoria – The late former President Nelson Mandela will be buried on Sunday at the family farm in Qunu, Eastern Cape, at noon.
