Pretoria - The Tshwane University of Technology's Soshanguve campus will reopen for classes on Wednesday.
The campus, north of Pretoria, was closed last week Thursday following violent protests by students. Disgruntled students were said to be unhappy with what they claimed was a slow registration process and filthy residences.
The institution took the decision at a management meeting on Monday, spokesman Gilbert Mokwatedi said in a statement.
Last week, the institution also suspended its local Students Representative Council.
