Pretoria - The Communication Worker's Union has urged all Telkom employees to return to work on Monday.
The union reached an agreement with the parastatal's management.
"The parties have reached consensus on what should be disseminated to members and agreement will be signed by Wednesday," said CWU's Gallant Roberts on Saturday.
Telkom workers went on strike for nearly two weeks demanding better salaries.
Many Telkom workers have been on strike since 3 August, demanding that the salary scales of workers be adjusted before implementing a 7.5 percent salary increase backdated to April.
Their campaign has included a march from the Union Buildings and picketing outside the CCMA in Johannesburg.
