Johannesburg - Hundreds of Bok supporters are expected to gather at OR Tambo International Airport this afternoon to welcome the victorious Tri-Nations champions back home.
The Boks became the Tri-Nations champions at the weekend when they beat the All Blacks 32-29.
The team will make a public appearance on a stage which has been set up in the parking area, or Piazza opposite the old international arrivals hall on the lower access road at around 4.30pm.
South African Rugby has advised members of the public that the team will not be coming through the arrivals hall of the international terminal. It also warned that the lower roadway will be closed to traffic from 4pm to 5.30pm.
The Boks finished with five wins out of six matches and 21 points on the Tri-Nations log, which will put them well clear of Australia and New Zealand.
Fourie du Preez and Jean de Villiers scored tries for the Springboks. Morne Steyn landed three penalties and two conversions, while Francois Steyn kicked three long-range penalties.
Sitiveni Sivivatu and Richie McCaw scored tries for the All Blacks, and Daniel Carter kicked five penalties and two conversions.
The Boks have won three out of three matches against the All Blacks this season - their first clean sweep over the arch-rivals since 1949. The Springboks went into the Test with a substantial lead in the competition.
