Muizenberg beach closed until further notice

Pretoria – The City of Cape Town has called on the public to respect the closure of Muizenberg beach following a shark attack.

The beach was closed following a shark attack on Friday.

The victim, an adult male, is in a stable condition in hospital and is expected to make a full recovery.

The city said Muizenberg beach will remain closed to the public until further notice.  

Members of the public are urged to respect the closure of the beach as a precautionary measure. – SAnews.gov.za
