Investigations at the centre of Eskom board meeting

The board of Eskom met on Tuesday to discuss progress on various investigations.

“[The] Eskom Board met today and deliberated on progress in regard to the various investigations and disciplinary processes underway. The 'Technical Review' matter will attract a charge against the responsible individuals once the facts have been confirmed,” said the power utility in a statement on Tuesday night.

In addition, the power utility said disciplinary processes against four senior executives are continuing as the charges have been served to the individuals concerned. – SAnews.gov.za
