Home Affairs Minister to visit Bulwer

Pretoria - Home Affairs Minister Dr Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma will tomorrow pay a visit to Bulwer in KwaZulu-Natal to support the families of the school children who died in a bakkie accident.

The area is part of Minister Dlamini Zuma's parliamentary office.

Seven school children from the Donnybrook and Blessed Luanda Primary Schools and an elder died when the bakkie they were travelling in overturned on the R617 Road between Bulwer and Underberg in KwaZulu-Natal on Tuesday.

Dlamini Zuma has joined the KwaZulu-Natal provincial government in extending her heartfelt condolences to members of the bereaved families, while expressing the hope that those affected will find solace in the knowledge that their loss is shared by many people.

"... We extend our thoughts and prayers to all those families who lost their loved ones in this tragedy while wishing those wounded a speedy recovery," said Dlamini Zuma.
