Pretoria - Banyana Banyana are looking to start their 2011 Olympic qualifying campaign with an away win when they face Zambia at Lusaka's Nkoloma Stadium on Saturday.

Following their bronze medal-winning performance at the 2010 CAF African Women Championship held in Ekurhuleni and a 3-nil win over Zimbabwe in Harare before the festive season, Banyana have been training hard in preparation for Saturday's clash.

Prolific striker Amanda Dlamini and Limpopo-based goal-getter, Noko Matlou, will lead their side to glory, with Matlou appointed team vice captain.

Banyana head coach, Joseph Mkhonza, said it was important for Banyana to get a win in the opening Olympic qualifier in Lusaka because they will play the Zambians in the return fixture in Durban at the end of the month.

Mkhonza will be looking for a solid display from tough tackling central defender, Janine van Wyk, who proved to be a pillar of strength for the South African women's national team during the African showpiece.

The Banyana squad for the Olympic qualifier against Zambia is comprises goal keepers Thoko Mndaweni, Yolula Tsawe, defenders Simphiwe Dludlu, Janine van Wyk, Simphiwe Masina, Nothando Vilakazi and Sibongiseni Khamlana.

Midfielders are Mantombi Hadebe, Mary Ntsweng, Elson Matjila, Nompumelelo Nyandeni, Mamello Makhabane and Robyn Moodley. Strikers are Amanda Dlamini, Noko Matlou, Leandra Smeda, Mamphashe Popela and Jermaine Seopesenwe.
