Geneva - The United Nations' mediator for Syria will meet with the Russian Deputy Foreign Minister and the US Under-Secretary of State for Political Affairs in Geneva on Friday.
Lakhdar Brahimi will meet with Russia's Gennady Gatilov and Wendy Sherman on Friday, the UN said in a statement on Monday, following Brahimi's meeting with the Syrian government and opposition on the first day of the second round of Syria peace talks in Geneva.
The meeting will be in the UN Office in Geneva, where peace talks between the two Syrian delegations have been taking place. – SAnews.gov.za-Anadolu Agency
