Brussels - Eurozone finance ministers have approved a second bailout deal for debt-laden Greece, averting its imminent default and temporarily putting an end to months of uncertainty that had overshadowed the Eurozone, Eurogroup chief Jean-Claude Juncker said on Tuesday.
