Public comments sought on Draft Immigration Regulations

Pretoria - Home Affairs Minister Naledi Pandor has called on members of the public to comment on the Draft Immigration Regulations.

The draft is in terms of Section 7 of the Immigration Act of 2002.

The Draft Immigration Regulations and accompanying documents are available on the Home Affairs website (www.dha.gov.za).

Written comments should reach the department on or before 28 February 2014.

The submissions should be addressed to the Chief Director: Legal Services and may be delivered by hand to the Department of Home Affairs, 230 Johannes Ramokhoase (Proes) Street, Hallmark Building in Pretoria, for attention of Adv Tsietsi Sebelemetja (Office 1027).

Alternatively, they can be mailed to the Department of Home Affairs, Private Bag X114, Pretoria, 0001, or be faxed to 0865 144 267.
