Presidency requests info on new aircrafts

Pretoria- The Presidency says it has requested information from the Department of Defence with regards to media reports pertaining to new aircrafts.

The Presidency on Monday said it has also requested the department to ensure that the public is briefed on the matter without compromising security.

“It should also be noted that the aircrafts purchased by the Department of Defence for use by the President and Deputy President belong to the State,” said the Presidency.
