Pretoria - Minister of Communications Faith Muthambi is expected to visit Russia from 8 to 9 June 2016 to participate in the VIII International IT forum.
The theme for the conference is: “Media and Information Literacy for Building a Culture of Open Government”.
This theme covers a wide range of topics relating to the rapidly evolving information, communications and technology space.
Minister Muthambi will also give welcoming remarks to delegates and BRICS – Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa - and Shanghai Cooperation Organisation member states participating in the conference. – SAnews.gov.za
