Condolences for MP Botha

Pretoria - Energy Minister Tina Joemat-Pettersson has conveyed her condolences on the passing of Member of Parliament Yolanda Botha.

Botha passed away from skin cancer on Sunday. She was at the new Gariep Medi Clinic in Kimberley at the time of her passing.

“The Minister joins the people of the Northern Cape and the country at large in passing sincere condolences to the family, friends and comrades of Botha. The Minister had the pleasure of visiting Ms Botha’s family in Kimberley recently.

“On behalf of the Office of the Minister and the Department of Energy, we collectively bless the times the family had with her and the immeasurable support they gave to her during the time of her illness,” said the department. - SAnews.gov.za
