Condolences to Minister Mokonyane

President Cyril Ramaphosa has extended his condolences to Environmental Affairs Minister Nomvula Mokonyane following the passing away of her husband.

Serge Mokonyane passed away this morning following an extended illness.

President Ramaphosa said the Mokonyane family is in his thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

The Minister and family have request privacy at this moment of grief.
