President Zuma arrives in Angola

Pretoria - President Jacob Zuma on Thursday arrived in Luanda for consultations with the President of Angola, José Eduardo Dos Santos, and DRC President Joseph Kabila Kabanga.

The consultation is a follow-up to a meeting held by the three Presidents on 12 March 2013 in Luanda.

The three Heads of State are expected to discuss a range of issues relating to peace and stability in the region, particularly the current peace efforts in the DRC.

Zuma is accompanied by the Ministers of International Relations and Cooperation, Maite Nkoana Mashabane; Defence and Military Veterans, Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula; State Security, Dr Siyabonga Cwele; Police, Nathi Mthethwa; Energy, Ben Martins, and Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs, Lechesa Tsenoli. – SAnews.gov.za
