Polokwane - Limpopo police are offering a R200 000 reward for information that can lead to the arrest of those who murdered Member of Parliament Lekoba Jack Tolo.

Tolo, 63, who was also a businessman, was shot in front of his wife and two daughters at his Ga-Masha home in the Sekhukhune area when four men invaded his home on August 22.

The gang took R7 000, jewellery and four cellphones before killing the politician.

"We are offering a R200 000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the four suspects responsible for the murder of Tolo," said provincial police spokesman Brigadier Hangwani Mulaudzi on Tuesday.

He said police have released an identikit of one of the suspects.

He said no identikits could be produced for the three others because they were wearing balaclavas to cover their faces.

"All information provided by members of the community will be treated with the utmost confidentiality," Mulaudzi said.

Anyone with information can contact Colonel Nare Mabotja on 082 451 7161.
