International Relations Minister to meet with Chinese counterpart

Pretoria - International Relations and Cooperation Minister Maite Nkoana-Mashabane is in China where she will meet with her counterpart Foreign Minister Wang Yi and Vice Minister of Finance Shi Yaobin.

In a statement on Saturday, the Department of International Relations and Cooperation said Minister Nkoana-Mashabane arrived in Beijing for the working visit on Saturday.

“It is expected that the discussions will focus on bilateral issues of mutual concern within the framework of the Five-Ten Year Strategic Programme for Cooperation aimed at further deepening South Africa-China collaboration within the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership,” said the department. – SAnews.gov.za
