Pretoria - President Jacob Zuma has extended the term of the Commission of Inquiry into allegations of fraud, corruption, impropriety or irregularity in the Strategic Defence Procurement Package.
The term of the commission, chaired by Judge Seriti, has now been extended to 30 April 2015.
The commission was established in November 2011 and its term was recently extended to 30 November 2014.
When its term expires, the commission will submit its final report to the President within a period of six months after the date on which it completes its work. – SANews.gov.za
