Minister Muthambi to address Univen law alumni

Pretoria - Communications Minister Faith Muthambi will later today join former law students from the University of Venda (Univen) to discuss challenges facing law students.  

Minister Muthambi, a former Univen law student, will also deliver a keynote address at the event which will be held in Pretoria at 5pm.

According to the President of Convocation, Levy Ndou, some of the issues to be discussed include the challenges and opportunities facing law graduates in the country; the role of former law students in helping universities deal with student funding challenges and overcoming the unemployment challenges facing university graduates in South Africa.

The event will also see the unveiling of the Univen Law Alumni Association. - SAnews.gov.za
